I am working with a non profit organisation to recruit a HR Advisor. This is a full time and permanent opportunity and paying between £30-32k. The role offers hybrid working with a requirement to be in the office in Wakefield twice a week.

Description
Provide support and advice on HR matters
Handle employee relations issues
Assist with the recruitment process
Participate in the planning and execution of HR projects
Implement HR policies and procedures
Manage employee records and data
Support learning and development initiatives
Contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture
Profile
The successful HR Advisor should have:
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent (or working towards)
Knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Proficiency in using HR software
The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
