Skills & Experience
Our Client is looking for an HR Manager with:
A degree in HRM or related field and/or CIPD level 5 or 7 qualified.
Demonstrable experience in collaborating with management to achieve company aims, with a focus on proactive and strategic HR solutions.
Several years as an HR generalist, with a strong grounding in all HR aspects, emphasizing process improvement and proactive initiatives.
Self-motivation, exceptional organizational and time management abilities, thriving in ambiguous situations by being proactive and adaptable.
A strong commercial focus, with the ability to understand and align HR strategies with business objectives.
The ability to develop strong working relationships across all levels, collaborating effectively both geographically and functionally.
A track record of successful delivery, managing competing priorities with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proficiency in software including email, Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems.
High levels of self-confidence, independence, resilience, confidentiality, diplomacy, and the ability to influence others positively.
Experience in a diverse and cross-cultural organization.
HR support experience in a rapidly growing company.
Background in a start-up environment.
