Assistant HR Advisor - Liverpool - Up to £28,000
The Role
A leading law firm with an international presence are looking to add a talented Assistant HR Advisor to their Liverpool office.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and operational support experience, and will be confident undertaking all aspects on HR Advisory. The candidate must be confident, reliable and adaptable.
Individuals without a legal background will be considered for this role however relevant Assistant/HR Advisor experience within a corporate setting is essential.
The Responsibilities
The role will be focused on supporting the HR Team on a range of matters, including:
Providing full support to the firms HR Team to enable them to operate efficiently
Assisting in all HR matters including all aspects of onboarding and leavers
Managing all time off work matters
Assisting with employee relations
Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch
Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork
Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required
The Candidate
Strong administration/HR experience
Relevant experience and proven track record within a similar role
Possess high levels of speed and accuracy
Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking on the telephone and in person
Have the ability to work under pressure
Be a team player with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm
