Salary/benefits:
£34-38k
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
35 hour working week - full time on site

Job Duties:
Providing full HR generalist support to managers and employees, leading on employee relations casework, including disciplinary and grievance.
Coaching managers in the areas of employee relations, policy and performance management .
Engaging in ad hoc HR project work as required by the HR Manager or HR Director and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems, policies and practices.
Ideal experience
CIPD level 5 qualified
Previous experience of working in a HR generalist capacity and advising / coaching senior leaders.
Experience of managing a demanding caseload, working to deadlines and the ability to prioritise workload.
Substantial experience of handling complex employee relations issues.
Up to date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
