We are searching for a experienced and driven Head Chef, to take the reins at a new opening fine dining restaurant in east London. This a unique establishment, offering a tasting menu only with a focus on Asian fusion cuisine with big plans for the future. Michelin's experience is essential as this is the direction the restaurant aiming for.
You will work closely with some of the best farms and suppliers in the UK so, a passion for working with the highest quality ingredients is essential.
As head chef, you will play a vital part in the business. Ensuring the highest kitchen standards are maintained, as well as delivering a world-class dining experience. This a great opportunity for a driven Head chef who really wants to make their mark in the London dining scene.
Responsibilitys:
Design and execute world-class dishes
Train & develop kitchen staff
Oversee day-to-day running of the kitchen to the restaurant's high standards
Uphold the restaurant's commitment to excellence in customer service and satisfaction
Uphold kitchen health and safety requirements
Oversee kitchen costs and work to an effective budget
Requirements:
Confident in classical and modern cooking techniques, with a focus on Asian Flavours
Previous experience as a head chef or Sous Chef in a Michelin establishment
Passion for high-quality food and service
Proven experience in working with budgets and kitchen management
Excellent communication and management skills
Confident working in a open kitchen
