Reed HR are working with a Financial Services Company based in Central London to recruit a Senior HR Advisor on a Permanent basis. Salary circa £55,000 - £60,000 per annum. This job will operate on a hybrid working basis with days worked both from the office and from home each week.
This job will work closely and partner with Line Managers and Stakeholders across the business on a volume of Employee Relations Casework. This will include, investigations, grievances, disciplinaries, performance management, change management and more. This is a great opportunity for a HR Advisor or HR Generalist with a wealth of Employee relations experience to take the next step in their career. This role will also support with implementing and maintaining HR policies, ensuring compliance with UK employment law, and providing HR guidance where required.
Some of the roles and responsibilities of this job are as follows:
Support and manage a volume of employee relations casework, including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness/absence, performance management, as well as complex cases and escalate as required.
Provide HR advice and guidance to managers on a range of policies and processes
Assist with recruitment activities (internal and external), interviewing, offer letters, contracts of employment, contract amendments.
Providing monthly reports and assisting with various HR projects
