This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join our team, providing exceptional technical assistance to our teams across the Head Office and all stores. With excellent problem-solving abilities, you will be excited by the prospect of ensuring and maintaining the smooth operation of Mint Velvet’s IT infrastructure.

The Role:
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring software and hardware, including operating systems
Providing technical assistance and support related to technical systems, primarily on-site and additionally via phone, email and remote
Troubleshooting network connectivity issues, including routers & switches
Collaborating with team, documenting technical issues and take ownership of escalating issues to the appropriate resource
Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation and guides for troubleshooting and procedures
Creating & managing user accounts, permissions and access rights in various systems and offer technical training and support to employees as needed
Staying updated with advancements in technology and recommending upgrades or improvements
Administering On-Prem AD, Azure AD/Entra IDConfiguring Microsoft MDM services, Cloud services i.e. SharePoint, Google Cloud
Troubleshooting DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP issues

Have proven experience working in an IT Support role, or similar position, with a customer-first mindset
Be confident multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks, in a fast-paced environment
Understand Networking fundamentals and strong knowledge of systems
Be proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is an advantage, but not essential
