Skillset Required:
Looking for experience in IT End User Assets (such as Laptop, Desktop, Mobile device) management experience
Outstanding customer experience required in this role
Understand the importance of asset data and required attributes
Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written) is a must to interact with stake holders as well as Vendors ( Local and English)
Create recommendations on how to better manage and reconcile inventory and reporting
Make sure the assets are updated in the inventory and present whenever required immediately to stakeholders
Ability to handle multiple vendors from Global Locations
Respond to request from end users, managers, team members for asset management data information
Preparation of various reports and timely distribution to stakeholders
Should be able to do advanced search and gather proactive inputs.
