We are currently looking for a Spares & Service Administrator working as part of the Spares & Service team.

What you will be doing :

To receive spares, service orders and warranty call requests from customers, process them and manage them efficiently through the business.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Responding to telephone and email queries
  • Entering spares orders onto system
  • Progressing orders through the business
  • Entering service jobs onto system (logging calls)
  • Sending Purchase Orders to Suppliers
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Additional tasks as and when required relevant to job role

Ensure that personal conduct is in line with management guidelines and company rules.

  • Self-motivated.
