Job Description

Earn up to £30,900 a year in a stable, permanent Order Processor role based in Poole.

As an Order Processor, your responsibilities will include:

Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, from entry through to delivery
Checking that every order is complete, correct and meets customer requirements
Working closely with the account support team to keep customers’ expectations met
Keeping sales, operations and support colleagues updated on urgent orders
Resolving order queries with care, finding the right solution for the customer
As an Order Processor, your experience will include:

Previous experience in order processing, sales administration or a similar office role
Confidence using computer systems, including order entry, data entry and CRM or sales order platforms
A customer-focused approach to handling enquiries and issues
Strong attention to detail and the ability to organise multiple tasks
Clear, friendly communication with customers and colleagues alike
Experience in supply chain, logistics or distribution would be an advantage
