Order Processor
Location – Poole
Salary – up to £31,000 per annum
Hours – Monday – Friday
We’re looking for candidates with experience in order processing, administration or customer service who is highly organised and customer-focused. You’ll have excellent communication and IT skills, strong attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude and strong team-working skills are essential.
You’ll play an important role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Processing and managing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Checking order details and ensuring all information is complete and correct
Using CRM, order processing and data-entry systems
Liaising with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met
Managing urgent orders and resolving any issues quickly
Handling multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail
