Are you a results-driven individual with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving business growth? We're looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our clients dynamic team and take their client partnerships to new heights.
Description of the role:
Secure new business opportunities and cultivate strong client relationships within the cosmetics industry.
Drive revenue growth and profitability within assigned customer accounts.
Ensure projects meet quality standards and margin expectations.
Identify and prospect potential clients within target market segments.
Prepare contact reports, quotations, and production orders in a timely manner.
Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Manage risks and opportunities, reporting findings to the Sales Director.
Assume commercial responsibility for pricing and after-sales support.
About you:
Proven track record as an Account Manager, preferably in the retail industry.
Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
