Are you a delivery focused HR Manager looking for your next 12 month FTC assignment?
Have you got experience delivering an operational HR services in a professional services environment?
I am currently supporting a fast paced, ever-changing business of c1000 employees to source a HR Manager on a 12 month FTC basis. This role will be working closely with the senior stakeholders across 3 sites across Nottingham, Leicester and Derby to deliver a first class HR service to a professional services environment. This is an organisation that have experience exciting growth over the last 2 years and have plenty of change ahead of them. I am looking for someone that is comfortable, delivering a pre-set strategy, collaborating in a wider team of HR Managers, and coaching and supporting key stakeholders on a variety of HR activities, to keep the business moving forward through this period of maternity leave.
Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment and adhering to regulations would be beneficial in this role, but ultimately, the decision will be made based on cultural fit and ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders on HR activities.
So, what's the role?
Delivering a 12 month people plan with a focus on management upskilling, retention and change management
Coaching and challenging professional services senior stakeholders on HR best practice
Delivering talent and succession activities to your region
Manage the day to day operational HR requirements, including Employee Relations cases, management upskilling, change, HR projects, Engagement & Wellbeing initiatives etc.
