Our client has transformed Londons most beautiful buildings into stunning event venues for hire. They have a really exciting growth plan ahead. From intimate private dinners to big parties, corporate awards to creative launches, theyve got it covered. Our flexible Central London venues and dedicated team mean we can curate a truly special event you and your guests will never forget. As they are opening other venues, they will need new teams for these venues, and will be looking for Head Chefs.
Senior Sous Chef
£45-50k salary
Predominantly Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays, but never working on Sundays (If you work a Saturday, most likely off the following Monday)
Overtime is given in lieu
In the heart of the city, hence why mainly Mon-Fri. Very quiet during Summer. They were all off over Easter last weekend too.

Reporting to the Group Head Chef, working closely with them on Delivery:
Developing new innovative dishes across all menus
Delivering exciting events menus
Dish presentation
Searching out! Innovative and interesting suppliers
Skills Training
Sales team food induction! Creating the love of the dish
Presentation training and plate/dish delivery with the events operations team
Responsible to ELEVATE all events food above our market competitors !!
Could be a really exciting role.
As mentioned, they are opening sites around and will have development opportunities into HC roles.
