This 50 cover all fresh food hotel restaurant is looking for a Sous Chef to join their brigade of 5. Here we cook fresh seasonal dishes everyday to a very high standard. You will be working with a Michelin Star Head Chef. You will work Thursday to Sunday, so 3 days off per week, as we are closed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We are offering a salary of £35k plus tips per year. We close the kitchen at 9pm Thursday to Saturday and close it at 8pm on a Sunday evening. Staff meals are provided both lunch and dinner. We close for 2 weeks in August and 2 weeks in December.

We are looking for a Sous Chef who can cook to a high level using all fresh ingredients, has innovation, creativity and great attention to detail. A Sous Chef who enjoys working to high standards and has a 3AA Rosette cooking background from a high end gastro, restaurant or hotel.
Salary & Benefits
£35k per year plus tips £5k
45/55 hour week
3 days off per week as we are closed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
Free parking
Free meals on duty lunch and dinner
We are also closed for 2 weeks in August and 2 weeks in December.
Must be living and working in the UK or have Right to Work/Settlement Status.
Cannot accept any skilled workers Visa Sponsorship.
