The Role

Laine is always keen to connect with experienced pub leaders who believe the best venues are built on connection, character, and community.
As a General Manager (or Management Partner, as we call the role at Laine because we work in partnership) youll co-manage the pub and help take it to new heights. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves community engagement, and has a flair for creating memorable experiences.
This is about creating rhythm, warmth, and belonging.

Running a high-quality, community-first pub alongside Laine
Building genuine relationships with locals, regulars, and collaborators
Curating low-ego, high-soul entertainment that enhances the space
Leading a happy, empowered team who care about the details
Balancing strong commercial performance with soul and authenticity
