The Opportunity
This restaurant sits at the very top of the London dining scene, and the successful candidate will take full operational and commercial responsibility for its day-to-day running. There is genuine scope for progression here, as the wider group continues to expand, this role has real potential to develop into a group-level position for the right individual.
General Manager r ole
Full P&L accountability for the restaurant, driving revenue, controlling costs, and delivering against commercial targets
Leading, developing and inspiring a large front-of-house team, fostering a culture of excellence and hospitality
Maintaining and elevating exacting service and quality standards in line with the restaurant's fine dining positioning
Working closely with the culinary team to ensure a seamless, world-class guest experience
Recruitment, training and succession planning across the management team
Building strong relationships with regular guests, VIPs and the wider hospitality community
Ensuring full compliance with licensing, health & safety, and operational best practice
Acting as a key ambassador for the brand, both in and out of the restaurant
About You
Proven General Manager experience within luxury, fine dining or high-end restaurant environments
A genuine passion for hospitality, food and exceptional guest experience
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing P&L and driving performance
Confident, natural leader with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
Polished, professional and guest-focused, with the gravitas to represent a market-leading brand
Ambition and capability to grow into a broader, multi-site leadership role over time
