Technical Support Engineer

Job Description

We’re expanding our team following an internal promotion! iStorage is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Technical Support team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering outstanding support.

Responsibilities

Handle technical support queries via phone, live chat, and email
Troubleshoot issues related to encrypted HDDs, SSDs and flash drives
Log, track, and resolve support tickets using internal systems
Diagnose and test customer returns (RMAs)
Liaise with suppliers to manage and resolve product faults
Provide basic internal IT support to the team when needed

What We're Looking For

Basic knowledge of IT systems and hardware troubleshooting
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with help desk/ticketing systems is a plus
Proactive, organised, and willing to learn
Experience in a technical/customer support role preferred
Knowledge of storage devices or cybersecurity is a bonus
