Main Purpose of the Role: As a key member of our Compliance Team, you'll play a vital role in assisting with various compliance matters, including managing compliance systems, providing advisory services to both Public Markets and Private Markets, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with the firm's business units to provide support on compliance matters.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Public Markets Compliance Advisory and other team members to deliver compliance advice.
Monitor and report on industry developments relevant to the organisation's business.
Provide ad hoc advice to the Public and Private Markets Groups.
Provide assistance for ongoing surveillance within Public Markets in line with key regulator processes such as MAR
Technical Competencies, Skills, and Experience:
Thorough knowledge of the UK regulatory framework.
Demonstrable experience in Public Markets Compliance.
Familiarity with Bloomberg, FundApps, or similar systems.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; industry qualification preferred (e.g., CISI).
Excellent understanding of FCA rules and industry best practices.
