About Discovery

At Discovery, we support people across Somerset and Cornwall to live the lives they choose. When you join us, you become part of a friendly, dedicated team that puts people at the heart of everything we do. You'll make a real difference every day, and in return we'll support you with excellent training, development opportunities and colleague benefits.

There's no “typical” Support Worker here. Our teams include people from all backgrounds — from those starting their careers to those looking for a meaningful change, as well as experienced professionals who want to work somewhere that truly values the people it supports.

What brings everyone together is a shared motivation: helping people live well, learn new skills, and grow in independence. Our support workers don't see this as just a job — they see it as an opportunity to make a positive impact and be part of moments that matter.

Thanks to our amazing teams, Dimensions Group has been accredited as a Great Place to Work for 2026 — our eighth consecutive year of recognition

You'll be supporting people to enjoy the things they love — from days out, drives in the countryside, horse carriage rides, Longleat trips, visits to Starbucks is a must, trips to watch the latest musicals, opera, 70s TV classics like Rainbow , Disney films and fairy-tale stories. Two gentlemen absolutely love anything with wheels or wings — cars, planes and helicopters.

Three people attend hydrotherapy sessions, so you'll need to feel comfortable supporting in the pool. You'll also be helping people make the most of everyday activities, whether that's going out in all weathers, using public transp...
