Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, you will advise on the most complex processes, queries or issues to resolution, implementation of corporate policies, supporting Managers by addressing root causes of issues.
Work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, supporting the area.
Advising and supporting managers with disciplinaries and grievances,
Supporting and coaching managers with employee resolutions
Leveraging knowledge base articles and resource guides to provide information and guide people managers on how to complete processes and transactions in systems.
Take end-to-end ownership of assigned cases - log and track the case to resolution.
Provide commercially focused operational support to the business. Mediate and facilitate disputes working to reduce the number of formal cases.
Prevention of employment tribunal claims through proactive coaching and development as well as review of business practices / best practice.
Can hold grievance hearings or appeals / Conduct investigation depending on nature of matter
Assisting in delivering company-wide initiatives i.e. performance management, benefit strategies, merit reviews and organisational change.
Monitor, and review all company procedures train managers on policy/procedure usage and implementation.
Advise on and guide major TUPE programs, liaising with transferring organisations and management teams to ensure transfers are conducted within the legislative framework.
Looking for someone with strong Employment Law knowledge and at least 5-8 years of experience in Generalist HR. You should also have good organisational design experience, redundancies, TUPE (able to know the process from start to finish, requirements from legislation, documentations and consultations. You will need to go into London 3 days per week.
Salary £55,000 plus benefits.
