You should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and pride yourself on your ability to create and maintain a strong rapport with customers or clients. Customer satisfaction should be at the top of priorities, and you should be a great team player, working well with your colleagues and internal teams as well. Alongside these skills you should also be organised and have an excellent attention to detail. What you will get in Return: For the successful candidate, a salary of up to £26,000 is available alongside a package that includes 25 days holiday and a market rate pension scheme.
