They operate with immense agility and pace, and this role acts as the linchpin for the team overseeing day-to-day office operations. Diary and calendar management for 3 senior executives including scheduling meetings.

Travel coordination including itineraries and travel packs.

Liaising with external stakeholders and assisting with ad hoc projects when required.

Any other administrative task to support the efficiency of the team and the smooth running of the office.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2 - 5 years experience as a Team or Administrative Assistant within an alternative investment firm, or fast-paced, corporate setting.

Calm, measured in disposition, and able to manage changing priorities without stress.

Able to identify and assess issues, and provide solutions with sound judgement and confidence.
