This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or an individual with relevant childcare or education experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive school environment.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils both within the classroom and, where appropriate, through targeted individual or small-group activities. You will work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to help pupils engage positively with their learning.
Responsibilities may include:
Supporting pupils with classroom-based learning and activities
Providing individual and small-group support
Reinforcing learning and assisting with interventions
Supporting pupils to develop confidence, independence and positive learning behaviours
Working alongside teachers to maintain an inclusive and engaging learning environment
Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
Promoting positive behaviour and strong relationships with pupils
Contributing to the wider life of the school
