The Company
My client are a prime residential main contractor based in SW London, who specialise, and have an established track record in delivering seamless construction projects, to the highest of standards.
Owned by experienced Directors, their projects include prime residential new builds, refurbishments and full fit outs of private single dwellings, with contract values ranging up to £5m.
They have an established presence in SW London, Chelsea and Kensington and have a team of dedicated individuals, working alongside leading architects and skilled craftsmen to deliver high quality bespoke residences.
Due to a period of expansion and their volume of current and pipelined projects, they are now currently seeking various candidates to join their team.
The Opportunities
They are currently seeking 3x Site Managers and 1x Project/ Contracts Manager.
The Site Managers are required for three new projects (2x Refurbishments of 7000 sq ft single dwellings with £3m and £5m contract values and 1 x new build of a 7000 sq ft residence with a contract value of £5m).
The Project / Contract Manager will oversee 3 to 6 live projects with contract values of £3m-4m.
The successful candidates will have proven track records as well as stable careers working on various prime residential projects.
