Top 5 “Brand Name” Prime Residential Main Contractor.
£12m+ Single Dwelling full refurbishment, Belgravia.
Require a Senior Site Manager reporting to a Project Director
Require a Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager to report to the SSM
2) Chelsea
Up and coming Prime Residential contractor in SW London who were established by a close contact who I have known for many years. He has developed a great culture within the business and can provide genuine career progression as the business continues to grow.
Requires a Site Manager for a c. £2m prime residential refurbishment Chelsea.
3) St John's Wood & Maida Vale
Leading name in Super Prime Residential refurbishment and new build. Excellent reputation and brand. Financially secure business with an impressive road map for growth.
Require 1 x Senior Site Manager for an ultra high spec £20m refurbishment project Nr Regent's Park.
Require 1x Site Manager to lead a £10m high spec refurbishment project in Maida Vale
