Responsibilities
Managing the L&D function, supporting training activities, and key projects. Your role is vital in training and developing individuals across various subjects, ensuring the workforce can adeptly meet evolving business needs
Requirements
* Lead learning strategies and programmes across the organisation
* Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of mandatory training through various mediums
* Collaborate with the wider business to assess individual and organisational development needs using the company appraisal procedure
* Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, PDPs, KPI training, and other required sessions with the help of trainers and system trainers
* Innovate and implement diverse learning methods business-wide, from job shadowing to online training
* Build strong working relationships with colleagues and external training providers
* Evaluate, develop, and manage induction training processes alongside Departmental Managers
* Establish processes for managing Training records company-wide
* Provide monthly progress reports to the Line Manager and, when necessary, to the wider business, highlighting training effectiveness and areas of implementation
