Description
As the Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:
Chasing outstanding debts via telephone and email.
Allocating payments and reconciling client accounts.
Processing and creating letters and monthly statements.
Liaising internally/externally and resolving outstanding queries.
Working to strict monthly collection targets.
Accessing Credit limits and obtaining management accounts.
Contacting clients by telephone to collect outstanding monies.
Investigating non-payment of invoices.
Credit checking client.
Resolving client queries and raising credit notes.
Maintaining client information.
Profile
To be successful for the Credit Controller position, you must:
Experience working in Accountancy/Finance / Credit Control department.
Confident and with excellent communication skills for client interaction and engagement.
AAT/ATT or Degree in Accountancy.
Excellent verbal and writing skills.
Organised and proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Works well in a small team as well as independently.
Excellent multi-tasking ability.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Job Offer
Salary £26,000 - £28,000 FTE
