The Role
The firm is seeking to hire a new Corporate Partner to join their Edinburgh office.
Working with Leadership
You will lead the department working alongside the other dynamic Corporate partners. You will be at the forefront of driving the department's success, whilst also mentoring and developing more junior members of the team. You will work as part of a vibrant and diverse team.
You will also work with the partners to further develop client and referrer relationships, as well as participate in business development to build new client relationships. You will be fully supported by the firm to do this.
Great Quality Work
You will work with OMB, SME, HNW individuals, and national companies.
Work will include but not be limited to; compliance, corporate governance, director arrangements and responsibilities, earn-outs, entry and exit strategies, equity capital markets, escrow arrangements, general counsel services, incorporations, investments and security offerings, joint venture arrangements, M&A transactions, partnership formations, restructuring and shareholder arrangements.
You will join a busy, professional, and reputable team that is going from strength to strength.
Pathway to Progression
This role comes with good prospects for the future in line with the firm's growth and vision. The sky is the limit with the exciting plans that the firm has over the coming 24 months.
Requirements
You will have at least 7 years PQE + in corporate (applications are welcome from even the most experienced of candidates)
