The Role

You will provide tailored solutions and expert advice on the full range of Corporate activity, including but not limited to M&A, JV, scale-ups, funding, public listings, private equity investments and restructuring.

The Ideal Candidate
Is an ambitious individual with a minimum of 4 years PQE in Corporate
Experience specifically in M&A, private equity and JV transactions
Excellent verbal/written communicator with first-rate interpersonal skills
Has a proactive, innovative and value-adding mindset
