Executive Assistant

Location: Cambridge (office-based with some home-working flexibility)

Salary: £35,000

Contract: Full time, 12-month fixed term contract (37.5 hours per week)

We’re supporting a well-established organisation in Cambridge that’s looking for a proactive, organised and people-centred Executive Assistant to join their team. This is a brilliant role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly for senior leaders.

If you enjoy being the calm, capable presence behind the scenes, coordinating diaries, managing travel, supporting leadership meetings and helping teams stay connected, this could be a fantastic next step.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage senior leaders’ diaries and coordinate complex, multi-time-zone meetings

• Support leadership meetings with minute taking and follow-up actions

• Coordinate international travel and conference arrangements

• Liaise directly with clients to arrange meetings and visits

• Support onsite tours and host visitors

• Handle general administration including expenses, presentations and correspondence

Desired Background

• Demonstrable experience in a similar EA role

• Confident supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

• Experience coordinating complex international travel

• Comfortable working across various time zones

• Complete reliability handling confidential and sensitive information

About You

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Able to work independently and use initiative

• Clear communicator with excellent prioritisation skills

• Proficiency in all Microsoft packages
