This is an exciting opportunity to join Marshall Land Systems as an Executive Assistant, providing high-level, proactive and confidential support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). You’ll play a key role in helping your stakeholders stay organised, prepared and focused across their areas of responsibility. This is a varied position combining executive-level support with wider business coordination and office administration, giving you excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and the wider organisation. You’ll work with a high degree of autonomy, using your judgement and initiative to anticipate requirements, manage competing priorities and ensure tasks are followed through to completion. If you enjoy being the person who keeps things moving, builds strong relationships and makes a real difference to the effectiveness of senior leaders, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
