Technical Leads – Rainwater Management & SuDSAn engineer-led, employee-owned civil and environmental consultancy has just opened a new office in Manchester.They’re now looking for two Technical Leads at Engineer/Consultant level to join the team, with a focus on Rainwater Management, SuDS and Nature-Based Solutions.You’ll be involved in a range of projects focused on improving the way surface water is managed, developing practical solutions that also deliver wider environmental, social and economic benefits.Your work could include:Rainwater Management and surface water drainage designSustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) and Nature-Based Solutions (NBS)Swales, raingardens, wetlands, ponds, tree pits and permeable pavingFlood risk, drainage and water quality solutionsInnovative approaches such as rainwater harvesting, reed beds and surface water separationWorking across disciplines including hydrology, ecology, landscape, geotechnical and civil engineeringLeading a small portfolio of low-complexity projects with support from Senior Technical LeadsWorking with internal teams, local authorities, regulators and external partnersThey’re looking for mid-level Engineers or Consultants with experience in project delivery and design or technical support.
