Join a Growing Manufacturing Business as a Quality Engineer Burslem, Stoke on Trent.

Are you an experienced Quality Engineer, Quality Technician or Manufacturing Quality Engineer looking to take the next step in your career?

We're recruiting for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join a successful and growing manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards, driving continuous improvement, supporting ISO 9001 compliance and ensuring products consistently meet customer and industry requirements.

Working closely with production, suppliers and internal teams, you'll be responsible for improving manufacturing quality, investigating non-conformances, conducting audits and supporting the company's Quality Management System (QMS).

The Role

As Quality Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

Inspecting incoming materials and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Managing and containing non-conforming products and materials.

Leading Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations through to successful completion.

Supporting and maintaining the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

Coordinating internal and external quality audits.

Managing controlled quality documentation, specifications, procedures and engineering drawings.

Supporting the development of quality standards for new and existing products.

Ensuring inspection and test equipment is calibrated and maintained.

Analysing quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Driving continuous improvement projects across manufacturing and production.

Supporting wider quality department activities when required.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

HNC / Level 4 qualification in Quality, Engineering or a related discipline.
