Assistant General Manager

Assistant General Manager Central London | £45,000 to £49,000 package We are working with a well-known European restaurant group to appoint an Assistant General Manager for one of their Central London restaurants.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced AGM to join a recognised group with a strong reputation for food, service and people development.
The Role Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
You will be responsible for:
Leading and developing the FOH team
Supporting the GM with the overall operation
Delivering consistently high standards of service
Managing busy, high-volume services
Supporting training and team development
Monitoring key commercial and operational targets
Maintaining strong guest relationships
Taking responsibility for the restaurant in the GM's absence
About You We're looking for an experienced AGM, Deputy GM or strong Assistant Manager from a quality restaurant environment.
You should be:
A confident and hands-on leader
Commercially aware and operationally strong
Experienced managing busy restaurant services
Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
Comfortable leading and developing a sizeable team
Looking for a long-term opportunity with a recognised restaurant group
