I am seeking a dedicated individual to join one of our Medical Devices client based in Scotland as Healthcare Partnership Manager/Business Development Manager .
In this role, you will join a dynamic group, able to offer you diversified and accelerated career paths. Please note this is field-based position, requiring travel across the territory.
You will be responsible for:
Delivering national market access strategies at a regional level, generating new client access.
Growing company market share through established and new relationships.
Achieving regional sales targets and hitting personal KPIs.
Establishing and implementing pathways of care and market tools.
Partnering with NHS stakeholders.
Developing and promoting the medical device portfolio.
You will bring the following:
Previous demonstrable experience working in a sales environment with strategic responsibility.
Passion to “make a difference” to the lives of people.
Ability to analyse and interpret data and present meaningful insight.
Desirable in depth NHS Knowledge, including key policy drivers.
Being customer focused, confident, driven, and self-motivated.
Ability to forge strong internal and external relationships with multiple stakeholders.
