Customer Service Apprentice

So, you're a proactive people person, passionate about retail and offering the best customer service? Sounds like you'd be a great fit here. So, if you've ever considered a career in optics, this Customer Service Apprentice role could be perfect for you.

We are currently looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing great Customer Service and would like to pursue a career in retail or management. This Apprenticeship opportunity will give you the chance to spend 13 months building the skills and confidence that come with training in a paid full-time job, all the time surrounded by a friendly, highly-experienced team who will support you every step of the way.

Salary - £8.20 per hour

40 hours to include weekend working

What we're looking for?

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as a Customer Service Apprentice.These include:

Passion for providing excellent customer service and making customers' lives easier

Great teamwork

A good initiative

Confidence in using IT systems

Excellent communication and listening skills

Prepared to step out of your comfort zone and try something new

Able to receive feedback and be open to development, knowing we'll be there to support and guide you throughout your process (with your openness and our guidance, your opportunities will be endless)

You're not currently enrolled in another government-funded course
