The role:
Full time permanent position as a Sales Coordinator for a fast paced flooring business, based in Birmingham. This position will be supporting customers in store and being a subject matter expert in the businesses products. Key requirements:
Support customers and match requirements to products

Work with suppliers and internal departments to resolve customer issues
Candidate criteria:
Switched on individual who can easily train in product knowledge and deliver this to customers in a consultative manner - TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
Great communication skills
Confident in supporting customers and increasing sales in a professional way
Confident phone manner
Ability to correspond with customers via email
IT literate
