Duties and Responsibilities
Working from a mixture of annual existing contract renewals and "warm" sales leads.
Provide quotations as required for service packages and individual service tasks offered.
Ensuring all quotations are logged onto the operating system daily.
Producing and sending out quotes in a timely manner.
Proactively chasing customer orders.
Liaising with other departments to ensure our customer experience is positive.
Liaise with external customers to ensure that quotations are received in accordance with agreed timescales.
Contact clients by telephone and e-mail.
Identify opportunities to process orders and close sales.
Identify opportunities for referral to sales team.
Assist in developing clients via proactive desk-based sales processes.
Understand key clients development paths.
Advise the Team Leader of new opportunities to grow revenue streams.
Ensure records are maintained and monthly report produced showing progress against agreed criteria.
Maintain an effective working relationship with the managers and staff of all sections throughout the company.
Adhere to policies and procedures.
To follow the company’s ISO procedures including filing or paperwork relating to all orders and quotations.
To carry out other ad hoc duties as required.
Health and Safety Responsibilities
Undertake risk assessment and take any necessary action to avoid potential health and safety hazards.
