Machine Operator

Job Description:Taskmaster Resources currently recruiting experienced Machine Operators to join a well-established and successful manufacturing company to work for our client based in S66 area in Rotherham.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience working within a manufacturing, engineering or production environment who is comfortable operating machinery and working to high quality and safety standards.Pay Rate: £14.42 per hour + shift allowanceShifts: Rotating 3-shift pattern06:00–14:00 | 14:00–22:00 | 22:00–06:00Key ResponsibilitiesOperating and monitoring production machinerySetting up machines and making basic adjustments where requiredLoading materials/components into machineryCarrying out quality checks on finished componentsIdentifying and reporting machine faults or production issuesWorking to production targets while maintaining high quality standardsCompleting relevant production documentationFollowing all health & safety proceduresMaintaining a clean and organised working areaKey RequirementsPrevious machine operating experience is essentialPrevious experience within a manufacturing, engineering or production environmentGood mechanical awareness and confidence working with machineryAbility to follow technical/work instructions accuratelyGood attention to detail and commitment to qualityComfortable working in a fast-paced production environmentReliable with a strong work ethic and good attendanceMust be able to work all three rotating shifts, including nightsPrevious experience operating machinery within engineering, metalwork, assembly, automotive or similar manufacturing environments would be particularly advantageous.This is an excellent opportunity to join an established manufacturer offering competitive pay, shift allowance and ongoing work for the right candidates.Apply today with your up-to-date CV.JBRP1_UKTJ
