You will work to engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring all components are produced accurately and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate saws and drilling machines safely and efficientlyAccurately measure, cut, and drill materials to specificationRead and follow technical drawings and job instructionsConduct basic machine checks and report any faults or defectsEnsure all work meets quality and production standardsAdhere strictly to health & safety regulations at all timesMaintain a clean, organised, and safe working environmentMeet daily production targets while maintaining accuracyEssential CriteriaProven experience operating industrial saws and drilling machinesCNC machine operating experiencePrevious experience in a manufacturing or engineering environmentAbility to accurately use measuring tools (tape measures, callipers, etc.)Strong attention to detail and quality controlGood understanding of health & safety proceduresReliable, punctual, and committed to long-term workAble to work independently and as part of a teamDesirable CriteriaExperience working with wood or panel-based materialsKnowledge of basic machine maintenanceExperience working to production schedules or KPIsPro-Found Recruitment are an employment business and equal opportunities employer.JBRP1_UKTJ
