Job Description

A leading, award-winning architectural practice is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join its Birmingham studio. With a strong reputation across multiple sectors and a commitment to being both a great place to work and a great partner for clients, this is an opportunity to contribute to high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across various sectors

Produce, review, and manage high-quality technical design information across all RIBA stages

Conduct site visits and act as a key representative of the practice

Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities

Apply practical, solutions-driven thinking to complex design challenges

Travel to project sites across the UK as required

Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Requirements Minimum 5 years experience

Architectural Technology degree or equivalent (UK-recognised)

Strong understanding of Building Regulations and current construction legislation

Confidence in client-facing roles

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools

Strong communication skills and excellent written/spoken English

Ability to manage workload effectively and work as part of a team
