We are looking to recruit Teaching Assistants to join our SEND school in Oxfordshire, supporting young people aged 11–16 who require additional support with social communication, emotional regulation and sensory processing, typically associated with Autism.
Our approach includes small class sizes, high staff-to-student ratios and a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring that every young person has the opportunity to thrive.
We are looking for creative, proactive and compassionate individuals who can think outside the box and help bring learning to life.
You will be a motivator and problem-solver, inspiring our young people to believe in themselves and supporting them to build confidence for both now and the future.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching Assistants support teachers in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum. More importantly, in this role you will:
Help our young people recognise just how amazing they are by building their confidence and celebrating their individual strengths.

Help every pupil feel valued, understood and motivated to succeed.
Celebrate every small step our pupils make towards achieving their academic, social and personal goals.
Support pupils to explore learning beyond the classroom and make the most of opportunities and experiences within the local community.
Promote independence, positive behaviour and personal development in a supportive and nurturing environment.
As with most Teaching Assistant roles, no two days are the same. Duties will vary, so you should be flexible, adaptable and willing to lend a hand wherever needed.
Skills & Qualifications
You do not need to be a highly experienced Teaching Assistant to be successful in this role. If you have the right outlook, values and behaviours, we can provide the supportive environment and training opportunities to help you excel.
Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate:
A genuine ability to motivate and inspire children and young people to believe in themselves.
GCSE Maths and English qualifications, or a minimum of Functional Skills Level 2.
A proactive, positive and can-do attitude, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
A willingness to take advantage of our excellent ...
