We are currently recruiting for an excellent specialist school in Witney , supporting children and young people with complex additional needs from Early Years through to age 16 . We are looking to speak with both Primary and Secondary SEN Teaching Assistants who are passionate about helping pupils develop their communication, independence, confidence and ability to enjoy learning. ?? Experience with complex SEN, ASD, SLD, communication needs, sensory needs or challenging behaviour would be highly valuable. ?? WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We're looking for TAs who are: ?? Patient and empathetic ?? Calm and consistent ?? Confident supporting children with complex SEN ?? Able to build genuine relationships with pupils ?? Comfortable working as part of a wider specialist team ?? Passionate about helping children become more independent ?? Resilient, positive and willing to learn You don't necessarily need to have worked in a specialist school before. If you've developed strong SEN experience in a mainstream primary or secondary school , your experience could transfer extremely well. ??
