Job Description

EXFO Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in the United Kingdom to assist customers with Test & Measurement products via phone, email, and remote access.

You will diagnose issues and liaise with product specialists to resolve complex problems, while logging activity in the ticket system and validating software fixes. The role requires strong knowledge of Windows and Linux, optical fibre and Ethernet technologies, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
