Reporting to the F&B Manager, the Bar Supervisor will have proven experience in a quality bar, good cocktail knowledge as well as a strong passion for exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities including managing the Bar in the restaurant, stock take and requisitions as well as supporting the F&B Manager in the day to day running of the bar.
