Reliability Engineer | Kent | Competitive Salary plus Excellent BenefitsWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Reliability Engineer to join a leading UK manufacturing business with a strong commitment to continuous improvement, engineering excellence and long term investment in its people.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering problems, driving reliability improvements and making a real impact on plant performance.Key responsibilities include:Leading Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) investigations and driving corrective actionsDeveloping and improving preventative maintenance strategiesSupporting reliability initiatives including vibration analysis, oil analysis and condition monitoringWorking closely with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reduce downtimeManaging small improvement projects focused on safety, reliability and operational efficiencyUsing SAP PM and engineering data to identify trends and optimise maintenance activitiesWe're looking for someone with:Experience in a Reliability, Maintenance or Mechanical Engineering role within a heavy manufacturing or process environmentStrong knowledge of preventative maintenance and condition based maintenance techniquesExperience with RCFA, FMEA or similar continuous improvement methodologiesExcellent problem solving and communication skillsA proactive approach with a passion for improving plant reliabilityIn return, you'll be joining a business that genuinely values engineering, offers long term career development and provides the opportunity to influence maintenance strategy across a large, complex manufacturing site.
