What You'll Be Doing - Reliability Engineer

In this role, you won't just maintain equipment - you'll help drive reliability across the site.

  • Making sure safety, GMP and food safety standards are always met
  • Keeping tools, equipment and critical plant in top condition

What You'll Need to Bring

We're looking for someone practical, reliable and confident in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding ability
  • Experience in a production or manufacturing engineering environment
  • Hands-on maintenance background (not just theory)
  • Confidence supervising engineers or contractors on shift

  • Comfortable using CMMS systems and basic IT tools
  • Strong communication and team working skills
  • A proactive, \"fix it properly\" mindset

Why This Role?

  • Work for a leading FMCG organisation
  • Step into a leadership role while staying hands-on
  • Influence how reliability and maintenance are delivered on site
  • Work in a fast-paced, modern manufacturing environment
  • Be part of a team that values safety, quality and improvement
  • Develop your skills with ongoing training and career progression
