We're looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to take the lead at a beautifully established bistro pub and wine bar
This is a venue with a real sense of identity - combining a relaxed pub atmosphere with a strong food offering, an excellent wine list and a genuinely welcoming guest experience.
As General Manager, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day operation, leading the team, driving standards and creating an environment where both guests and staff want to return.

The role

You'll be responsible for the full operation of the business, working closely with the senior team to ensure the venue continues to thrive. You'll be hands-on, commercially minded and passionate about delivering great hospitality without losing the personality and character of the venue.
We're looking for someone who:
Has strong experience managing a quality pub, restaurant, bistro or similar hospitality venue
Is confident leading and developing a team
Understands the importance of great food, drink and service
Has a strong commercial awareness and understands the numbers behind a successful operation
Is naturally hands-on and visible on the floor
Takes pride in creating an excellent guest experience
Enjoys working in an independent, personality-led environment
