Are you an experienced outbound sales advisor who works in a call centre or role with limited progression?
Are you fed up of your current boring sales role and looking for a more consultative & exciting opportunity in software sales?
Our client are a global software provider who's UK base is in Cardiff with offices in Europe and North America - the role doesnt specifically require travel but does offer potential secondments & job sharing from other locations if you want to!
The produce is a software platform aimed to improve clients health & safety through e-learning modules & various different accreditations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Our client offers the following:
hybrid working model - 2/3 days from home
Uncapped commission - OTE £45k

Responsibilities
Build relationships with prospective clients
Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
Manage sales pipeline
Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Qualifications
6 months minimum sales experience
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing
Demonstrated sales success
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
CRM experience is preferred
